About

I graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in 2016, leaving with an in-depth understanding and intensified passion for music theory, guitar/bass performance, and the music industry as a whole.

As a private instructor, I have 10 years of experience, with students ranging from 6 to 60 years old. My goal as an instructor is to instill the education I received into my students, developing them into well rounded musicians. Even if you just want to learn songs, I'll often sneak in a little theory for good measure.

As a working guitarist/bassist, I have written/recorded a studio album, and performed for 8 years as lead guitarist in a nationally touring 90s Tribute Band called Fool House, playing 100-150 shows a year. As a performer, my goals are to simply show up on time, be easy to work with, and play whatever I am needed to play. Whether it be Jazz, Rock, Metal, Pop, Afrobeat, Funk, I'll be ready to deliver on either Guitar or Bass.

As an open format DJ, I have 5+ years of providing music for weddings, corporate events, and restaurants in the Midwest. â€‹â€‹As a DJ, my goal is again simple; get people to smile and dance. This is achieved by curating music on the spot appropriate for what the room calls for, and being the most pleasant individual anyone could ask to work with.
